Protocol Terms of Access

1. Introduction
These Protocol Terms of Access ("Protocol Terms") govern access to and use of Net Zero One's proprietary methodologies, frameworks, digital platforms, and technical resources ("Protocol Resources"). These terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Access
Protocol Resources include but are not limited to:
Carbon accounting methodologies and frameworks
ESG reporting templates and guidelines
Digital assessment and monitoring tools
Proprietary databases and benchmarking data
Net zero strategy development protocols
Virtual collaboration platforms and workspaces
3. Access Authorization
3.1 Authorized Users
Access is granted only to authorized personnel designated by the client organization. Users must be identified in writing and approved by Net Zero One before access is granted.
3.2 Authentication Requirements
Secure login credentials with multi-factor authentication
Regular password updates as required by security protocols
Compliance with access control measures
Immediate reporting of suspected security breaches
4. Usage Restrictions
Authorized users agree to:
Use Protocol Resources solely for the agreed project purposes
Not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works
Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
Not extract, copy, or redistribute proprietary content
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of all accessed information
5. Data Security and Privacy
5.1 Client Data Protection
All client data entered into or processed through Protocol Resources is protected according to our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection regulations.
5.2 Security Measures
End-to-end encryption for data transmission
Secure data storage with regular backups
Regular security monitoring and updates
Compliance with ISO 27001 security standards
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All Protocol Resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Net Zero One. Access does not convey any ownership rights. Clients may use outputs generated through our protocols for their business purposes but may not commercialize or redistribute the underlying methodologies.

8. Technical Support and Training
Net Zero One provides comprehensive support for Protocol Resource users, including:
Initial training and onboarding sessions
Technical support during business hours
Regular user guidance and best practice sharing
Documentation and help resources
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of Protocol Resources. Planned maintenance will be scheduled during low-usage periods with advance notice. We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
10. Audit and Compliance Monitoring
Net Zero One reserves the right to monitor usage of Protocol Resources to ensure compliance with these terms and to maintain system security and performance. All monitoring activities will be conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. Termination of Access
Access to Protocol Resources may be terminated:
Upon completion of the engagement
For breach of these Protocol Terms
For security reasons
Upon written request by either party
Upon termination, all access rights cease immediately, and users must delete any downloaded materials.
12. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain high standards for our Protocol Resources, Net Zero One's liability for any issues arising from their use is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for business decisions made based on protocol outputs.
13. Updates to Protocol Terms
These Protocol Terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services, technology, or regulatory requirements. Users will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
